From ‘Plymouth & Devonport Weekly Journal’- ? 1852 During the dinner hour in the plumber’s shop, Devonport Dockyard, on Tuesday, a testimonial was presented to Mr. Samuel Behannah, Labourer, after 17 year’s service. The testimonial consisted of a pair of spectacles and case and a silver-mounted walking stick. Mr. T. O’Connor, labourer, of the same shop, after 18 year’s service, was presented with an umbrella. |
