LYNHER


A Tamar barge built in 1896 by James Goss of Calstock. She is 51•2 feet long with a beam of 17•5 feet, and 19 tons. She was used in the stone trade. Her hull once lay beside the ‘Millom Castle’ at the quarries at Poldrissick on the River Lynher.
Now being restored.
